I've owned quite a few cars boats and jet skis over the years, here are a few, maybe some notes about them

These are my current cars, a 1998 Dodge Dakoda and a 2002 Toyota Prius with a second hybrid battery. as with every truck I've ever owned it had gas tank issues, and also needed a new pump, ive also done a couple other things to it but nothing major. owned since 2023 (dakoda) and 2026 (prius)
My Most recent jet ski. 1997 Polaris slt 700
At least it has good compression.
Short and Sweet mini bike project (not really either of those things) 2024-curret
The crazy 50cc Honda ruckus (clone) that i rode for an entire summer to my internship and back, was modified to allow it to go ~40, not sure I'd recommend HA!
My first boat! I had helped build one of my friends before this, as well as had some composites experience. I added a fiberglass floor, as well as deck paint. the seats were an absolute steal at ~50$
rebuilt the carbs on this 2 stroke evenrude 100, this thing would plane and hit 40 so very quickly (but top out about there. I remember jumping a wake boats wake with this thing and the guy's absolute shock at seeing a 15 foot boat catch air haha.
quite fun to wake board behind, and not too expensive, the ideal boat for a 20 something man
Wish I had kept the canopy and put a new tarp on it rather than tossing.
The controls were weird finicky and only worked half the time, the steering wasn't great and it was honestly a crappy boat, but I wouldn't trade the experience of owning it for the world.
21 foot ski brendella, (if i remember 1997? unfortunately this thing was quite stressful to own along with, leaking cast iron headers and a huge 351w that ate gas for breakfast. direct drives are great but are a bit nerve racking to worry about getting too close to the sand or launch.
unfortunately this boat essentially convinced me that boats weren't right for me, I probably wont own another boat, although possibly if very small again.
Tiger shark 1997 1000 cc? I worked on but never finished, had weird electrical issues (also on my homemade jet ski dolly)
1990's Yamaha WaveRunners, these are by far the most fun jet skis I ever had, I mean what could be more fun then a jet ski that was cheap doesn't need to be insured and just fast enough to get around on. I took these out quite a few times with friends and family. these did take a decent amount of work, I rebuilt the carbs cleaned out the tanks, and also reupholstered the seats. They are on a standard boat trailer i converted to jet ski trailer with pressure treated lumber, welding and a cheap fake grass carpet from home depot.
While they don't make a wake, they were fun to still wake board behind.
I believe I got these for some crazy deal 750$? maybe less
Ive owned 2 BMW's a 2007 BMW 530xit and a 2008 BMW 330xi, I don't recommend owning a BMW, they have stupid electrical issues and i hate them HA! (fun to drive tho) I remember passing trucks stuck in the canyon on the way up to snowboard.
Ive owned a couple trucks, the Dakota is the one Ive owned for the longest, the others were just a bunch of work and not quite as notable
